Who makes the best American Flag Hats?

For over a decade, Red White Blue Apparel has been producing American Flag Hats here in the USA.  Every US Flag hat we sell on our site has been handcrafted here in America, by an American worker.  Our American Flag hats have become a favorite with police, fire, SWAT, and military units around the country.  

Our quality hats, built to be light weight, pull down to your head, with no button on top, so you can wear ear protection or comms over the hat with ease.  All of our American Flag Hats are unstructured which allows the hat to ball up and be placed in a pocket when not in use.  Only the bill is rigid.  

Are your American Flag hats low profile?

You could say they are low profile but hat fit can be pretty subjective.  On most people, our hats are considered low profile.  On some they may run big, on others small, but the feedback we get on the fit of our hats gives us no reason to make any changes whatsoever.  For me, I consider it a low profile hat comparing to a trucker style.

Why no button on your hats?

We remove the button on our Range Hats because we understand how they are going to be used.  Ear protection, headphones, and comms are worn in the various roles our hats play.  We get how annoying that button can be, so we remove it.  The Range hat is built for performance, let's not let a button ruin that!

Are your hats American Made?

Yes all of our American Flag hats on the site are proudly handmade here in the USA.  They are cut and sewn from rolls of fabric by American workers.  

Do your hats fit XL size heads?

As mentioned above, this is so subjective.  We have plenty of large heads who love our hats.  We actually get more complaints from the guys with smaller than average heads, believe it or not.  The thing that determines whether a hat will fit is more the SHAPE of your dome.

What is the fit for your hats?

All our hats are built to an average 7.5" head.  As you see the hats adjusted in our pictures (back adjustment), that setting is fit to a 7.5" head with room to adjust in or out.  I wear a 7 5/8 hat I most styles, these are perfect on me.

Can I buy your hats blank in bulk?

Yes we do carry blank American Made hats on the site, they just go quickly.  If you're interested in using some US made hats for your company or department, give us a shout!
